Betty June Starliper, 83, of Martinsburg, passed away June 9, 2017 at Care Haven Center.
Born December 30, 1933 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Naomi Thomas Mann.
Betty was a 1951 graduate of Martinsburg High School. She was a member of Christ Reformed United Church of Christ. She enjoyed knitting, the outdoors, and reading. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and many close friends.
She was employed by Interwoven Mills, Jefferson Manufacturing, and Royce Hosiery until their closing.

She was a previous member of the Kenna Chapter of Berkeley County's Izaak Walton League, and of Martinsburg Civil Air Patrol.
She is survived by her brother, Charles R. Mann; her sister-in-law, Shirley Ann Mann; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Starliper; and her half-sister, May Stewart and husband, Alfred.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 6-9pm at Rosedale Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
