Lydia May Crim Manspile, 85, of Shepherdstown, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, following a brief illness.
Born January 2, 1932, in Berkeley County, she was the daughter of the late Elmer F. and L. Virginia LeMaster Crim.
She retired in 1992 from a nursing career at the V.A. Medical Center in Martinsburg.
She was a member of the Bedington United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 77.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Truman Manspile; and sister, Martha Louise Engle.

Surviving are her sons, Russell, of Shepherdstown; and LeRoy and wife Susie, of Martinsburg; two grandsons, Darren and wife Aly, and Mark and wife Claire; and great-grandson, Aiden. She was a special "Aunt Lydie" to several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11:00 am at Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
